The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of City Fans United and Chester Football Club takes place on Thursday, 28th November at the Deva Stadium.
The meeting, which begins at 7.30pm with doors open from 7pm, will take place in the Cestrian Bar.
CFU members should now have received an AGM pack in the post or via email. The meeting papers can also be viewed on www.cityfansunited.com.
The AGM is key time for CFU members and we are hoping for a good attendance at this meeting. The agenda contains a number of important items, including elections to the CFU Board.
To attend the meeting, you need to have been a fully paid-up member of City Fans United since before 18th August 2024, either via Fanbase or via automatic renewal on the old system. Otherwise, you will not be eligible to attend the meeting or to vote on any of the resolutions.
For members who are not able to attend in person, the meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft Teams. An email will shortly be sent to members with details on how to join the meeting online.
If you have not received an AGM pack or have any questions for the AGM, please contact CFU Secretary Christine Robson at chris.robson@chesterfc.com.
Please note that the entry to the AGM will be via the side door to the Cestrian Bar and not through the main entrance, this is to ensure that all attendees are registered appropriately. To make this process as smooth as possible we recommend that you have your CFU membership number to hand on arrival.
The Chester FC Club Shop will also be open from 7pm on the evening of the AGM.
