When can I collect my membership card?
The membership year runs from June 1st – May 31st and if you have signed up to or renewed your membership between March and May then your membership card will be mass produced in June, and we will update via the City Fans United website when the first batch of cards are available to collect from the Deva Stadium Ticket Office.
If you have signed up or renewed from June to February, we aim to have the membership card produced and delivered to the Deva Stadium Ticket Office the month after joining/renewing. Once available to collect, we will email you.
City Fans United Membership Card & Season Ticket Collection Event –
We are aiming to hold an event in July to allow you to come down one evening and pick up your membership card and Chester FC season ticket. Further details on this will be announced on our official social media channels and website / ChesterFC.com
