Big City Census findings being processed

Recently, all members were asked to complete the Big City Census to help give us valuable information on what you felt about Chester FC,  how we could improve on what we were doing already, and also how we could drive the club forward based on the supporters views.

We have received over 800 responses which is a fantastic response to the Census, and we are still processing all the details from what you, the collective owners of the football club, have given us.

There are some great ideas and suggestions, and some really useful information, and in particular the backing for what we have been doing and what we are trying to do has been extremely noticeable.

The overwhelming majority share our desire and ambition to rise up the football pyramid, whilst still maintaining focus on the community aspect that Chester FC currently has, and this will help as we plan for next season and beyond, as we strive to be successful in the Evo-Stik Premier League.

We will report the findings once all the information has been processed, and offers of help will be responded to in due course – thanks to everyone that has offered their assistance to the club – the numbers are quite amazing.

Fan ownership is clearly working, and this season we have witnessed Chester FC winning the Evo-Stik First Division North at the first attempt, FC United of Manchester reaching the Play off Final in the Evo-Stik Premier League, AFC Telford United have reached the Blue Square North Play off Final, and AFC Wimbledon have a healthy advantage before going into their Blue Square Premier League Play Off Semi Final, and are close to securing their place back in the Football League – we send our best wishes to AFC Telford United & AFC Wimbledon in their respective matches.
