The CFU board is due to meet on 14th January on the agenda will be:

· Arrangements for co-opting directors to the CFU board and operations board – following the meeting there will be an announcement that will provide details who which portfolio each director is leading on

· Discussions regarding the development of a strategic plan and how this might be taken forward

· Updates on:
o Finance
o Operations board
o Commercial
o Youth section

· CFU – the development of a forum and proposed agenda for the next CFU meeting

· Planning for the next joint meeting with the Community Trust
